As a DMM Energy Fuel Sales Representative, you will work to actively seek sales growth opportunities through new and existing customers in yoursales territory. Our Sales Representatives focus on developing win-win proposals for customers, while building strong relationships in the community.

 

Reporting to: Sales and Marketing Manager, with an administrative reporting relationship to our Regional Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Will include, but not be limited to the following:

  • Proactively seeks new sales opportunities through network, industry research, drivers and leads from Marketing team.

  • Create and maintain strong customer relationships.

  • Analyze market intelligence to make the most of opportunities. 

  • Manage multiple contracts and internal processes at once.

  • Work with the Logistics Coordinators to ensure customers are content with their service and deliveries.

  • Ensure our customers have a positive fuelling experience, from beginning to end.

  • May be assigned other duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Previous fuel experience in agriculture and construction industry is considered an asset. 

  • A strong customer focused mindset.

  • Superior time management skills. 

  • Self-starter who is willing to work independently, and as a team.

  • Ability to multi-task under tight deadlinees.

  • Confident in making cold calls, networking, and generating sales opportunities.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
