DMM Energy requires a Regional Manager to oversee all aspects of operations within the assigned region(s), overseeing personnel, facilities, and assets in accordance with company’s vision and mission.


  • Reports directly to Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

  • Directly supervises Logistics Coordinators (LCs), Operation Coordinators (OCs), Drivers and any Administrative Personnel.

  • Coordinates day to day operational activities with Sales Representatives.

  • Works with Fleet Coordinator to ensure proper and efficient truck maintenance and repair.


Will include, but not be limited to the following:


  • Overall Management of DMM’s Terminals.

  • Work together with Fleet Supervisor to optimize truck maintenance, work to pursue savings.

  • Ensures all safety procedures are communicated and followed by company staff and contractors at both company and customer sites.

  • Oversees that deliveries to customers are done on time and with outstanding customer service.

  • Supervises that all operational procedures are followed and comply with company and government requirements:

  • Loading and off-loading procedures,

  • Oversees terminal operations, maintenance and regular checklists are done timely and properly,

  • Terminal tanks inventory reconciliation,

  • Timely reporting and investigation of inventory variances,

  • driver hours logs,

  • Verifies accuracy of time sheets before submission to HR/Payroll

  • Lead the investigation and resolution of any safety incidents at DMM’s terminals/offices and customer sites.

  • Other duties may be assigned as needed.


  • Supports Sales Representatives in the day-to-day operational activities and oversees proper set-up of account in Petroplus.

  • Ensures overall customer satisfaction; follows up with customers on level of service.

  • Manage customer complaints.

  • Provides marketing gathered market intelligence to management.

  • Monitor any trouble A/R accounts and work with extended team for a resolution.


  • Accountable for employee-related function including but not limited to employee engagement, development, and performance management, hiring and retention, compensation recommendations.

  • Manages employee conflicts and supports a healthy work environment.


  • College diploma or a university degree in supply chain management / logistics or equivalent fuel operation experience;

  • Terminal and Fleet experience considered an asset

  • 5-8 years experience in a leadership or managerial role

  • Strong people skills, with high desire to serve internal /external customers and nurture relationships

  • Good knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations

  • Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record; Class 1 considered an asset

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, and must be able to efficiently use Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel, and Word

  • Strong organization, analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
